Canine Lodging
Our overnight guests will receive room service, prepared to order. We recommend you bring your dog’s regular diet to avoid extra stress on your tummy from the change of food. Please package the food in baggies so that we can dispense the dog food correctly at feeding time. We prefer one baggie per meal per day. Make sure to pack only the amount of food your pet will need while in our care. If not, we will feed House two times daily; the dry formulas include adult, puppy, senior and weight management for no additional charge. Holistic Diets are available for an extra charge.
We have refrigerators and a microwave, if you need us to prepare something special for your pet there is no additional charge Please make sure your pets name is on all belongings you bring to the resort. All guests enjoy clean, comfortable luxury bedding, fresh water at all times, relaxing music and personalized attention, including medications, if needed.
The entire facility is climate controlled throughout and is staffed 7 days a week.
Guests will also enjoy a minimum of three interactive bathroom walks per day, with our staff, in our outdoor play yard. Extra services are available upon owners request at time of check in.
A Multiple Pet Discount is available for second and third pet staying in the same suite together. Our goal is to provide a safe and stimulating environment.
Cages are available for your petite and medium sized canines, weighing up to 50 pounds. All cages are furnished with luxury bedding and bowel sets.
Executive Suites are for those guests who may require more space and/or like to stretch out; we recommend our 4 ft x 6ft suites. It’s our largest! All suites are furnished with raised beds, luxury bedding, rugs and raised feeder stands.
Boarding guests staying with us for 3 nights or more will receive a complimentary bath before checking out, and guest staying 3 nights or more receive 30% off their PRESCHEDULED groom.
Call-ahead valet express check outs and curbside picks ups are available upon request.
All pets will be checked upon arrival for fleas and ticks. Pets showing signs of fleas or ticks will be treated at owner’s expense.
Vaccination Requirements
Pet Vaccinations-Easy & Simple: just bring in a copy of your pet’s most recent vaccinations, you can pick these up at your vet or just have them faxed over. FAX: (678) 730-1818
Required Vaccines: For Dogs- Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP) yearly and Bordetella every 6 months.
