Our policy regarding BOARDING charges is as follows

• A boarding charge applies when a dog stays in our facility OVERNIGHT.

• Boarding guests staying with us for 3 nights or more will receive a complimentary bath before checking out.

• Dogs picked up after 5:00 PM will be charged for that night. 

• There is a $25 convince fee for Pick up and Drop offs outside of regular facility hours.

• Pick up and Drop offs outside of regular facility hours must be pre-arranged. 

• All pets will be checked upon arrival for fleas and ticks. Pets showing signs of fleas or ticks will be treated at owner’s expense.

• We reserve the right to immediately change your dog’s type of boarding/daycare if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and well being of your dog, other dogs, or a staff member.

• Although we will take every measure, we cannot guarantee that toys, blankets, or bedding will be kept in the same condition as brought in. For safety reasons, rawhides are NOT allowed.

• All dogs must have all their vaccinations current.

• (Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP) and Bordetella and a negative fecal test)

• All dogs must have a buckle collar and an identification tag with either a phone number or address of the owner. We recommend that the tag include the dog’s name.

• All dogs must be on a leash when entering or leaving the building.

• We ask that you divide your dog’s daily food portion into separate Zip-lock bags. This is done to ensure that your pup gets the exact amount of food you desire and helps to ensure overall facility cleanliness. If you chose not to provide your dogs own food, we will feed Nutro two times daily; the dry formulas include adult, puppy, senior and weight management for no additional charge.

• There is a holiday surcharge per dog, per night, for the following dates: the day before Memorial Day, Memorial Day, July 3rd, July 4th, the day before Labor Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

• Services are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, a credit card number and $35.00 deposit is required to secure your holiday boarding reservation. ALL deposits are non-refundable but, in the event of a cancellation, can be applied to future services.

• Group playtime is available at owners request for no additional charge. Small groups of compatible over night guest are allowed to play together with supervision.  Pets must get along well with other dogs!

• We will administer any medications for no extra fees.
